Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.
2. About the Service
- The Service provides a mobile application for playing coin-flip style games and managing in-app coins, rewards, and cash-out requests. Features may be added, modified or removed at our discretion.
- The Service does not involve real-money gambling, betting or wagering, and gameplay outcomes do not require payment to participate.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Account and Conduct
- Account information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to keep your email, password and account information secure and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.
- Prohibited conduct: You must not use the Service to harass, defame, cheat, violate rights of others, attempt to access others' accounts, or otherwise engage in harmful or unlawful activity.
5. Virtual Currency, Cashouts and Payments
- Virtual currency: In-app coins and points are virtual and have no cash value except where explicitly stated. If a cashout feature is provided, it will be described in the app and governed by these Terms.
- Cashouts: Cash-out requests (for example via GCash) are processed at our discretion. Submitting a cash-out request does not guarantee payout. Cashout features may not be available in all regions or to all users. We may impose minimums, fees, verification steps or limits. We may refuse, delay, or cancel any cashout for suspected fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.
- Accuracy and responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate payout details (phone number, account email, etc.). We are not responsible for payouts sent to incorrect or invalid payout information provided by you.
- Processing times: Processing times are estimates only and may vary based on account verification, payout volume, fraud review, system availability and third-party payment providers. Delays do not constitute a failure to pay.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or post, but by submitting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content for the operation of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service (including the app design, graphics, code and trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, or redistribute the Service except as expressly authorized.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (accessible from the app) explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the Service you consent to those practices.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
- No warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (i) the total fees you have paid to us in the last 12 months, or (ii) $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. On termination, any outstanding virtual balances or pending cashouts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
